Since our beginning as a single-use truck dealership in the Chicago area, we’ve grown and expanded our services to include new and pre-owned trailer sales, financing, insurance, truck remarketing and waste equipment sales.
As an authorized MAC trailer dealer, we have a large inventory of walking floor, steel and aluminum dump, and aluminum flatbed trailers. We also offer used trailers for a variety of applications from the industry’s leading trailer brands.

Our History
The House of Trucks was founded in 1985 to fill a gap in the trucking industry — a reliable source for high-quality, affordable, reconditioned Class 8 trucks that customers could trust. We’ve expanded our services and product offerings since that time, but our mission remains unchanged. Our Class 8 tractors, medium-duty work trucks and waste equipment look and run like new but are offered at lower, more affordable prices. And many come with remaining factory or extended warranties. More than 30 years later, we remain committed to our original mission and to our dedicated and growing customer base across the United States.
